- Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup cashews or walnuts
- 1/4 cup shredded sweet coconut
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins or craisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar.
Add maple syrup, oil, and salt. Mix well, then pour onto baking sheet.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color and crunch.
Add raisins.
Makes 2 cups of Granola.
