Ingredients
- 1 cup mint leaves (Pudina)
- 2-4 green chilies
- 1/2 cup tamarind paste (Imli)
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger minced ginger
- 1/8 tsp asafetida (Hing)
- 1 Tbsp roasted cumin seed powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 cups water
Method
Add all ingredients without water to a grinder/mixer.Grind until smooth paste is obtained. Add small quantity of water as needed to make the paste.
Add rest of the water (as per your taste) to the paste.
