Imli Pani


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint leaves (Pudina)
  • 2-4 green chilies
  • 1/2 cup tamarind paste (Imli)
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger minced ginger
  • 1/8 tsp asafetida (Hing)
  • 1 Tbsp roasted cumin seed powder
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 cups water

Method

Add all ingredients without water to a grinder/mixer.
Grind until smooth paste is obtained. Add small quantity of water as needed to make the paste.
Add rest of the water (as per your taste) to the paste.
