Vegetarian Indian Momos

Ingredients

Dough for 8 pieces

1/2 small bowl (catori) All purpose flour (Maida)
1/4 small bowl (catori) water
1 TBSP vegetable oil OR Olive oil

Filling

Vegetable oil: 2 tsp
Cumin seeds: ¼ tsp
Garlic clove: 1 finely chopped
Ginger:  1 tsp grated/finely chopped
Green chili: 1 finely chopped OR Green Chilli Sauce 1/2 tsp (to taste)
Onion: 1/2 cup finely chopped
Cabbage: ½ cup finely chopped
Carrot: 1 chopped finely or grated
Corn kernels: 1/4 cup c
Salt: to taste
Garam masala OR ground clove+cardamom: ¼ tsp

Cooking time 

Boil 5 mins on one side + 2-3 mins on the other side
