Ingredients
Tomato: 1 small diced
Coriander (dhaniya) leaves: 1 bunch chopped Cumin (Jeera): 1/2 tsp Green chilli: 1 small Ginger: 1 tsp chopped
Additional:
Lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Recipe
Mix the ingredients and grind until a fine paste is obtained to desired consistency.
Add salt and lemon to taste.
Tips
Add 1/2 bunch mint (pudina) leaves to the grinder for more flavorful taste.
